How Enrollment Works

The BGMD Club Pilot Program uses a simple step-by-step process to register families and organize students into the correct class groups.

This page helps families understand what happens from early interest to receiving final class information before the first session.
1

Waiting List Phase

The waiting list was the original first step in the enrollment process. Families who joined the waitlist were notified by BGMD when registration opened. This step is no longer available now that registration is officially open.

2

Registration Opens

Families who joined the waiting list received a BGMD email notification letting them know that registration for the pilot program was available.

3

Complete Registration

Parents submit the registration form with their child’s information so the BGMD team can place them in the correct age group.

4

Program Review

Registrations are reviewed and students are organized into their appropriate class groups for the pilot program.

5

Confirmation Email

Families receive a confirmation email letting them know their child has been accepted into the BGMD Club Pilot Program.

6

Prepare for Class

Before the first session, each participant will receive a BGMD Activity Box. Families who are local will receive pickup instructions, and families who are out of state will have their box mailed to them. Parents will also receive class placement details and instructions for joining the first session.

What Happens Next?

After enrollment is complete, families can review the class access process and prepare to join the BGMD Club Arts & Crafts sessions.
