Respect & Inclusion
- Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
- No bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
- Family-friendly language and behavior at all times.
Safety First
- Follow directions from event staff and volunteers.
- Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
- Report safety concerns immediately to the BGMD team.
Photography & Media
- This event may be photographed or filmed for promotional use.
- Media permissions selected during registration will be honored.
- Do not photograph children without parent/guardian consent.
Vendor & Performer Expectations
- Arrive on time and follow the event schedule.
- All products and performances must be family-friendly.
- Keep your area clean and respectful.
Accessibility & Accommodation
- We aim to provide an inclusive environment for all families.
- Notify us in advance for accessibility needs or accommodations.
Personal Property & Liability
- Participants are responsible for personal belongings.
- BGMD is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Zero Tolerance
- Violence, threats, harassment, or aggressive behavior = immediate removal.
- Event staff has full authority to enforce all standards.
