No bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
Family-friendly language and behavior at all times.

Safety First

Follow directions from event staff and volunteers.
Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
Report safety concerns immediately to the BGMD team.

Photography & Media

This event may be photographed or filmed for promotional use.
Media permissions selected during registration will be honored.
Do not photograph children without parent/guardian consent.

Vendor & Performer Expectations

Arrive on time and follow the event schedule.
All products and performances must be family-friendly.
Keep your area clean and respectful.

Accessibility & Accommodation

We aim to provide an inclusive environment for all families.
Notify us in advance for accessibility needs or accommodations.

Personal Property & Liability

Participants are responsible for personal belongings.
BGMD is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Zero Tolerance

Violence, threats, harassment, or aggressive behavior = immediate removal.
Event staff has full authority to enforce all standards.
