Respect & Inclusion
  • Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
  • No bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
  • Family-friendly language and behavior at all times.
Safety First
  • Follow directions from event staff and volunteers.
  • Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
  • Report safety concerns immediately to the BGMD team.
Photography & Media
  • This event may be photographed or filmed for promotional use.
  • Media permissions selected during registration will be honored.
  • Do not photograph children without parent/guardian consent.
Vendor & Performer Expectations
  • Arrive on time and follow the event schedule.
  • All products and performances must be family-friendly.
  • Keep your area clean and respectful.
Accessibility & Accommodation
  • We aim to provide an inclusive environment for all families.
  • Notify us in advance for accessibility needs or accommodations.
Personal Property & Liability
  • Participants are responsible for personal belongings.
  • BGMD is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Zero Tolerance
  • Violence, threats, harassment, or aggressive behavior = immediate removal.
  • Event staff has full authority to enforce all standards.
