Vendors & Performers Expectations
• Arrive on time for setup and follow the event schedule.
• Keep all products and performances family-friendly.
• Maintain your area — clean, organized, and respectful of shared space.
• Any unsafe items, inappropriate music/content, or rule violations may result in removal.

• Violence, threats, harassment, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal.
• Staff has full authority to remove anyone who disrupts the safety or peace of the event.

How to Get Help On Site
• Locate a BGMD staff member or volunteer for immediate assistance.
• If you are separated from your child, alert staff right away so we can help reunite you.
