Event Policy

Please review the policies below. These standards help us keep the event safe, respectful, and family-centered.

1. General Code of Conduct
  • All participants must act with professionalism, respect, and integrity.
  • Discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.
  • This is a family-centered event — conduct must remain appropriate.
  • Staff reserves the right to remove anyone not adhering to standards.
2. Event Hours
  • Public Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
  • Registered families, guests, vendors, performers, and sponsors should follow the arrival instructions provided by the event team.
3. Vendors
  • Vendor Fee: $50 youth vendors (under 18).
  • Slots Available: 5 youth vendor spaces.
  • Setup: 9:00–10:30 AM. Ready by 11:00 AM.
  • 1 table + 2 chairs provided.
  • Family-friendly products only.
4. Performers
  • Ages 6–15. Must be pre-approved.
  • Soundcheck 9:30–10:30 AM.
  • Family-friendly content required.
5. Volunteer & Staff Arrival
  • Approved volunteers and staff assisting with event setup should arrive by 8:30 AM.
  • Additional setup instructions, assignments, and arrival details will be provided directly to approved volunteers and staff.
6. Community Sponsor Levels
  • $250 Community Supporter
  • $500 Silver Community Sponsor
  • $1,000 Gold Community Sponsor
  • $2,000 Platinum Community Sponsor

7. Safety & Liability
  • Participants are responsible for personal property.
  • Food vendors must comply with NYC Health regulations.
  • First aid available onsite.
8. Media & Promotion
  • Participation may include photography or video for event promotion, unless a parent/guardian has opted out where applicable.
9. Weather & Cancellations
  • Event details are subject to change based on venue, weather, safety, or operational needs.
  • This is a free community event, so there are no ticket refunds.
  • If the event is postponed or canceled by organizers, registered families will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.
