Please read these Terms & Conditions before submitting the Studio Partnership Application. By submitting the application (and checking the agreement box), you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1) Scope of Partnership
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Black Girl Magic Day (“BGMD”) and the partnering studio (“Studio”) for any studio-hosted class, event, or campaign activation under the BGMD Studio Partnership program.
2) Application Submission & Confirmation
Submitting the Studio Partnership Application does not guarantee acceptance. BGMD will review submissions and may approve, decline, or request additional details.
Promotion begins only after BGMD provides written digital confirmation (email or official confirmation message) indicating approval, a finalized schedule, and the approved partnership model.
3) Partnership Models
Studios may select one of the following models. Final terms must be confirmed by BGMD prior to promotion.
Donation (Full Class Donation)
The Studio donates one class. Registration is managed via the official BGMD link and 100% of proceeds support BGMD programs.
Revenue Share
The Studio hosts a class and agrees to share a pre-approved percentage of proceeds with BGMD under confirmed terms.
Sponsored Seats
Seats are sponsored (by the Studio or a sponsor). Sponsorship details and allocations are confirmed before promotion.
4) Date, Timing, and Capacity
The campaign date currently supported by this application is: February 28, 2026.
Studios must provide accurate class capacity and basic class details. BGMD may request modifications to optimize attendance, ensure operational clarity, and protect the quality of the experience.
5) Promotion & Branding
BGMD promotion may include website listings, email announcements, social media posts, and partner outreach. Final promotional assets (studio name, class description, logo usage) must be approved during confirmation.
Studios agree that any BGMD branding or references must be accurate and may not imply endorsements or partnerships beyond the confirmed scope.
6) Registration Handling
Registration is managed through the official BGMD registration link to ensure centralized tracking and reporting. Studios agree to direct registrants to the BGMD link unless otherwise confirmed in writing by BGMD.
7) Payment Processing & Allocation
All funds related to the partnership are processed through BGMD’s approved payment platform(s). Funds are allocated to BGMD programming and campaign execution.
Note: If BGMD is operating under fiscal sponsorship for this campaign, donation receipts (when applicable) are issued by the fiscal sponsor via the payment platform used.
8) Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum 7-day written notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling requests by the Studio. Requests must be submitted in writing to BGMD (email or official communication channel).
BGMD reserves the right to reschedule if needed due to campaign constraints, logistics, safety, or operational considerations. If rescheduling occurs, BGMD will communicate next steps and alternatives.
9) Studio Responsibilities
- Provide accurate class information, capacity, and contact details.
- Provide a logo file (preferred: PNG or SVG) if requesting promotional placement with branding.
- Maintain a safe, professional environment for participants.
- Communicate promptly if any changes affect the scheduled class.
10) Limitations & Right to Decline
BGMD may decline or pause any partnership request at its discretion, including for reasons related to scheduling, brand alignment, quality control, incomplete information, or operational risk.
