Gabriella’s scheduling window is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM ET (Spain-based). If you need a same-day or urgent meeting request outside of that window, contact Tanika directly.

After submission, Gabriella will schedule through Microsoft Calendar/Bookings and send the invite to all attendees.
