Use this contact when you’re unsure where something belongs, when a date needs to move, or when you need clarity on “how we do things” at BGMD.
Use this contact for anything connected to what we’re actually doing with girls during programs or what the experience should feel like.
Use this contact when you’re talking to a brand, donor, or partner, or if you’re not sure how to respond to a sponsor email or opportunity.
Use this contact when you have photos from an event, ideas for posts, or questions about what is okay to share online.
Use this contact before you commit BGMD to any cost, invoice, contract, or financial agreement.
It’s always better to ask than guess. Use this when your question touches more than one department or you’re not sure where it fits.
Weekly Team Meeting Rhythm
We’ll have a weekly BGMD team meeting to stay aligned and keep the work moving.
- Organizer: Head of Operations (meeting host and agenda owner).
- When: Day/time will be confirmed via the BGMD shared calendar and Teams.
- Where: Online via video (link in calendar invite).
- Focus: Wins, updates, blockers, and what’s coming next week.
If you can’t attend, your weekly status email (see the box on the right) is how you keep the team updated.
Communication Protocol (Email-Based)
To keep things clear and documented, we use email as our main communication channel.
- Primary channel: Email only (no group texts for official updates).
- Weekly status email (required): every Friday by 5:00 PM (EST).
Your weekly status email should include:
- What you worked on this week.
- Where things stand right now (progress update).
- Any challenges or blockers you’re facing.
- What support, decisions, or answers you need.
This email is used in place of live updates if you miss a meeting. It helps us keep a clear record of the work and what you need to keep moving.
