General Routing

Weekly Team Meeting Rhythm

We’ll have a weekly BGMD team meeting to stay aligned and keep the work moving.

  • Organizer: Head of Operations (meeting host and agenda owner).
  • When: Day/time will be confirmed via the BGMD shared calendar and Teams.
  • Where: Online via video (link in calendar invite).
  • Focus: Wins, updates, blockers, and what’s coming next week.

If you can’t attend, your weekly status email (see the box on the right) is how you keep the team updated.

Communication Protocol (Email-Based)

To keep things clear and documented, we use email as our main communication channel.

  • Primary channel: Email only (no group texts for official updates).
  • Weekly status email (required): every Friday by 5:00 PM (EST).

Your weekly status email should include:

  • What you worked on this week.
  • Where things stand right now (progress update).
  • Any challenges or blockers you’re facing.
  • What support, decisions, or answers you need.

This email is used in place of live updates if you miss a meeting. It helps us keep a clear record of the work and what you need to keep moving.
